1. About these terms

This website is operated by RICHFINCH LIMITED (“RichFinch”, “we”, “us”), registered at UNIT B, 11/F, WAH KIT Commercial Building, 302 Des Voeux Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. This website is not a sales contract

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. We do not sell anything through the website: there is no checkout, no online payment and no order confirmation. The pages describe the Finch500 and what comes with it, and the forms let you ask us for a quote.

A quote we send you is an invitation to discuss terms, not a binding contract. Any sale of a machine, resin or related services is governed by a separate written contract signed by both sides. Where that contract and this website differ, the contract governs – including on price, delivery, warranty and everything else it covers.

3. Information on this site

We take care to describe the machine accurately, but the site is marketing material, not a specification sheet.

• Specifications may change. The Finch500 is under continuous development. Some published figures are preliminary and are marked as such where they appear. Binding specifications are the ones stated in your contract.
• Production and cost figures are estimates. Throughput, material cost per unit and any calculator on this site produce indicative numbers based on assumptions that will not match your materials, your artwork, your electricity price or your labour cost. They are a starting point for your own calculation, not a forecast of your results and not a promise of profit.
• Prices are not published. Pricing is quoted per enquiry and depends on configuration, destination and delivery terms.

Do not make an investment decision on the strength of a page on this website. Ask us for the numbers that apply to your case.

4. Using the site

You may read the site, print pages from it and share links to it for your own business purposes.

You may not:

• copy, republish or resell the content of this site as your own;
• scrape or harvest the site by automated means beyond ordinary search engine indexing;
• try to interfere with the site, its hosting or its security;
• use the contact forms to send unsolicited advertising, malware or anything unlawful.

5. Content and trade marks

The text, photographs, video, diagrams and software described on this site belong to RichFinch or to the parties we license them from. “RichFinch” and “Finch500” are our marks. Nothing on the site grants you a licence to use any of it, except for the ordinary use described in section 4.

6. Links to other sites

Where we link to a third-party site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what it contains.

7. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or up to date at every moment.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website – including lost profit, lost business or decisions taken on the basis of information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects the rights and obligations set out in a signed supply contract.

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top.

10. Governing law

These terms and your use of this website are governed by the law of Hong Kong. Disputes that cannot be settled between us are to be heard by the courts of Hong Kong. A signed supply contract may provide for different governing law and a different way of resolving disputes; where it does, the contract applies to matters it covers.
