If you already print and contour-cut self-adhesive material, no. Finch500 adds the doming step to that process. If you do not print, you need a printer and a cutting plotter before doming is relevant at all.

Two of the four numbers come from us – production speed and material cost per sticker. The other two are your selling price and your volumes, and we will not guess them.

A European two-component polyurethane resin, supplied by us and matched to the dispensing profiles in the software. Resin is not bundled with the machine – it is available through an ongoing supply program with a 240 kg minimum order, enough for roughly 150–192 m² of doming coverage.

It depends on the sticker’s area and the dome height, so there is no single figure. A consumption estimate for your product mix is prepared with your quote, based on what you actually plan to produce.

The cured polyurethane layer resists yellowing, clouding and discoloration under prolonged sun and weather exposure, and stands up to water, sea water, motor oil, industrial chemicals and scratches. How long a particular sticker lasts depends on where it lives – a laptop and a truck bumper are not the same environment.

Yes – resistance to sunlight is one of the reasons the coating is used outdoors at all. The dome takes the exposure instead of the print underneath.

Printed self-adhesive sheets, normally vinyl. Finch500 is a sheet-based machine: it domes shapes cut into a sheet, with the backing intact. Products made on separate blanks are outside what it does.

Sheets up to 700 × 700 mm. Printing and contour cutting happen on your existing equipment; the machine handles resin dispensing.

No. Printed and contour-cut sheets go straight into the machine – there is no drying or degassing stage in between.

Yes to both. The software works from your cut layout, so shapes are limited by your plotter rather than by the doming machine, and a layout is prepared in minutes – which is what makes a small order worth taking.

The installation needs floor space for the machine and the curing oven, an industrial power supply and a ventilated room kept above 20 °C with humidity below 40%. Exact footprint and power requirements are confirmed with the specification for your configuration.

Dispensed sheets go into the heated curing oven supplied with the machine, one sheet per tray, so new sheets keep going into the machine while previous batches cure. Sheets are ready for packaging in 3 hours.

Day-to-day operation is simple: a short routine before each run and the machine’s own wash cycle after it, covered in full during commissioning and operator training. On a longer cycle, the lines, valves and pump calibration are checked every few months, and a set of seals is replaced twice a year. The starter set of wear parts ships with the machine, and the full schedule comes with it.

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China and arrange export packaging and documentation. Delivery terms, timing and cost depend on the destination and are confirmed with the quote.

Import clearance and any duties are the buyer’s side of the transaction – they depend on your country’s rules and on the delivery terms in the contract. We supply the export documentation the process needs.

A 1-year warranty on the machine. The obligation is held by RichFinch as the seller – the company you contract with, not a factory in another country.

Operator training covering the complete workflow – run on your own layouts, not on demo files – remote startup guidance, and ongoing technical support for the machine, the software and the resin from one point of contact. Startup and training run remotely by default; an on-site visit is possible when a job calls for one.

UV printing, often sold as UV DTF, builds a raised texture out of ink and varnish, applied directly onto an object. Doming adds a separate clear resin layer on top of a printed sticker, which stays a sticker with adhesive backing. Different products, different customers.

For sampling, one-offs and testing whether domed products sell – yes, and we say so plainly. It stops being reasonable when orders arrive regularly, because every sheet is re-done by hand.
