RichFinch supplies complete 3D sticker production systems to print and advertising businesses worldwide. We are based in Hong Kong and ship internationally.
We sell one product line and know it in depth: the Finch500 automatic doming machine and everything a customer needs to run it – control software, polyurethane resin supply, operator training, remote startup and technical support. We are not a general equipment reseller with a catalogue of unrelated machines.
Where the Equipment Is Made
Finch500 machines are manufactured in China.
Worldwide Shipping
Machines ship worldwide from our warehouse in China. Delivery terms, timelines and shipping cost depend on the destination country and are confirmed with the quote.
What Our Team Does
The machine is one part of what a customer receives. The software, the production workflow, operator training, remote startup and ongoing technical support come from us. When a customer has a question about a dome that came out wrong or a resin batch that behaves differently, they write to us, not to a factory.
Warranty
Every Finch500 ships with a 1-year warranty. The warranty obligation is held by RichFinch as the seller – the same company the customer contracts with, in one place.
