Sticker packs go into product boxes, subscription boxes and event giveaways. A domed pack reads as a premium item rather than a printed insert, which is the whole reason it is ordered.

Sticker sheets are a standard product on creator marketplaces, and the domed version sells at a different price point than a flat one. Runs are short and designs change constantly.

How Sticker Packs Are Produced on the Finch500
Four steps. The first two happen on equipment a print business already owns.
Print the sheet
The whole pack is imposed on one self-adhesive sheet – as many designs as fit, in any mix of shapes and sizes.
Contour cut
The cutting plotter cuts each shape along its outline, leaving the backing intact. The cut edge is what will hold the resin at the border of each sticker.
Dispense
The layout file you already produced for cutting goes into the Finch500 software. The machine recognises every shape on the sheet, calculates the resin volume for each one and domes the whole sheet automatically – mixed shapes and sizes in a single job.
Cure
The sheet goes into the heated curing oven on its own tray. It comes out as a finished pack: domed stickers on a backing, ready to peel.
Why Dome a Sticker Pack
The dome changes what the buyer is willing to pay for the same printed sheet.
It looks like a product, not a print
The clear dome works as a lens: it adds depth, catches light along the curve and slightly magnifies the artwork. On a retail shelf that is the difference between an impulse purchase and a pass.
It survives being used
A domed sticker goes on a laptop, a bottle, a helmet, a car window. The cured polyurethane layer resists yellowing, clouding and discoloration under prolonged sun and weather exposure, and stands up to water, sea water, motor oil, industrial chemicals and scratches – so the print underneath stays readable through everyday handling, from −30 °C to +60 °C.
It is a different price point
Domed packs are sold as a premium line next to flat ones. The production cost difference is material and machine time; the retail difference is set by the market.
Formats and Run Sizes
The sheet is the production unit – everything else follows from that.
Any die-cut shape. The software works from the cut layout, so shapes are limited by your plotter, not by the doming machine.
Mixed designs in one job. Different shapes and sizes can sit on the same sheet and be domed in the same pass.
Short runs are normal work. Layout preparation takes minutes, so a 50-piece order is set up the same way as a full production run – the reason artist and small-brand orders are worth taking at all.
Repeat orders are saved jobs. A pack that sells gets reordered; the job file is reused without re-preparing the layout.
